I start every day with a delicious green smoothie! I usually make them with avocado or kale depending on what I buy at the grocery that week.
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 banana
1/2 bag of frozen fruit mix (I use 365 organic tropical mix)
1/2 avocado or 2 cups of chopped kale
The kale smoothie has 200 calories, 5g of fiber and 5g of protein and lots of vitamin A and C!
The avocado smoothie has 346 calories, 9g of fiber and 3g of protein!
I pair these delicious smoothies with my Paleo Granola or my Vegan and Paleo Breakfast Muffins!
